Neighbor watch

Did you know that a lot of claims occur when you are not at home? Just think about it, a tree could hit your house when you are at work. A fire could start in your house when you are on vacation. The possibilities are endless. What happens when a claim occurs and you are not around to start the claims process, well nothing. It might take a day or two or even more for your friends or family to contact you if you are on vacation, in the meantime your house and your possessions could be further damaged if they are exposed to the elements.

Who are the most likely people to notice a claim happening at your house? Your neighbors. That is why we have developed the "neighbor watch" program. Basically it consists of a refrigerator magnet with your name and our name and contact information on it. If your neighbors notice that your house has been damaged by fire, flood, falling trees, wind or any number of other calamities they just go over to their refrigerator, get our phone number and call us. We will attempt to contact you and start the claims process, avoiding a lengthy delay if you happen to be unavailable.
